ARGs are voluntary, associate-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with PBE’s mission
These groups are led and participated in by associates who share a characteristic, lifestyle or interest, and exist to provide support in personal or career development and to create a safe place where associates can share and be themselves. Allies are also invited to join the ARGs to support their colleagues
